Job summary

Parsons in Dubai seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning, scheduling and project controls on major infrastructure upgrades including drainage, sewerage and pumping stations.

The role requires 9+ years in planning, strong expertise in Primavera P6, and robust coordination with contractors and clients. You will develop master schedules, run what-if analyses, and report progress to drive on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 9+ years of planning and scheduling experience on infrastructure projects.
• Experience in pumping station, storm water, sewerage and Gulf-region projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and convey Engineer’s consent to baseline schedules per contract conditions.
• Develop Master Schedules considering interdependencies across packages.
• Validate progress schedules and identify delays with mitigation actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations on milestones.
• Conduct time impact analyses for changes and potential events.
• Coordinate with contractors and the Employer on planning issues.
