Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Planning Manager for infrastructure projects based in Dubai, UAE. This leadership role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction and civil engineering sector including highways and bridges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects with at least 5 years in UAE.
• Strong experience in highways, bridges, and major infrastructure developments.
• Extensive experience in planning, risk analysis, and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and controls functions including scheduling, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple infrastructure project packages.
• Monitor project performance and identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate planning workshops and risk management sessions.
