China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to drive scheduling for major Dubai building projects. You will develop and maintain schedules, coordinate with project teams and ensure baselines are tracked and reported.

Requires 8-10 years in planning, strong RCC foundations and Primavera P6 skills, CPM analysis and recovery scheduling. UAE airport experience preferred; immediate joiners prioritized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of planning experience in major building construction projects.
• Strong experience in RCC structures, foundations, substructure and superstructure works.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, baseline programmes, resource loading, progress monitoring and recovery schedules.
• Expertise in critical path analysis, delay analysis, EOT claims and progress reporting.
• Experience coordinating with construction, engineering and project management teams.
• UAE airport construction experience is highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority!
