Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior Pipeline Engineer to develop and review pipeline designs, manage engineering documentation, and provide technical support across project phases from design to handover. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, operability, and maintainability in an oil and gas setting.

The incumbent will lead design reviews, ensure conformance with standards, and collaborate with consultants and contractors to deliver cost-effective, value-added solutions throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Material Science / Chemical Engineering or related professional qualification.
• 6 years of experience in Pipelines Engineering in a large industrial organization, preferably Oil & Gas.
• Sound knowledge of pipeline, corrosion, cathodic protection engineering standards & codes.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve design works such as drawings, specifications and other technical documents for pipeline engineering.
• Develop cost-effective and value-added engineering solutions throughout project duration.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate activities in the assigned area to meet objectives.
