Job summary
Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Engineer (Piping/Mechanical) to support EPC projects across oil & gas, energy, and infrastructure. You will work on piping systems, equipment, pipelines, and process facilities, delivering safe, reliable designs from concept through commissioning.
Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in piping/mechanical engineering, familiarity with ASME/API/ANSI, and hands-on design, installation, testing, and commissioning experience on large-scale EPC
Qualifications
- 6–8 years in piping and mechanical engineering within Oil & Gas EPC.
- Experience in piping design, installation, testing, commissioning.
- Experience on large-scale EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Power, Marine, Industrial or Infrastructure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, or related field. Certifications advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer piping systems per ASME, API, ANSI standards.
- Select materials and prepare procurement documents.
- Provide site guidance during fabrication, installation, and construction.
- Supervise testing, inspections, and defect resolution.
- Support commissioning and handover with as-built records.
- Coordinate with PMs, QA/QC, and procurement.
- Maintain engineering documentation and reporting.
