Job summary

Royal Infrastructure-Azizi Developments is seeking a Project Engineer – Piling & Shoring in Dubai to lead piling, shoring and deep foundation works on major developments. You will coordinate site teams, manage safety, quality and project timelines, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of relevant civil construction experience in the UAE/GCC, with hands-on piling/shoring expertise and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in piling and shoring.
• Experience with deep foundations and excavation support.
• Ability to coordinate site teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily piling, shoring and foundation activities.
• Coordinate bored, CFA and driven piles; monitor shoring systems.
• Oversee pile testing, integrity testing and related inspections.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance with drawings, ITPs and specs.
• Coordinate RFIs, technical queries, inspections and approvals.
• Plan daily/weekly work and manage manpower and equipment.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and site safety.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain records.
