Job summary

Royal Infrastructure – Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks an Operations Manager to lead piling and foundation projects on-site. You will plan manpower, equipment and materials, monitor schedules and costs, and ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.

You should have 15–20+ years in piling/foundation construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors on large-scale

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of piling and foundation projects.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, schedules, and costs.
• Supervise piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, CFA, shoring, and related foundation works.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, quality standards and HSE.
• Manage piling rigs, cranes and other construction equipment to maximize utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and project-related issues.
• Monitor project budgets, productivity and profitability.
• Prepare regular progress and operational reports for management.
