Job summary

Royal Infrastructure, part of the Azizi group, seeks an Operations Manager to lead piling and foundation projects in Dubai. You will oversee planning, coordination, safety, and execution to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to engineering standards.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of piling methods, equipment management, manpower planning, and strong leadership to drive site operations and compliance with HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in piling/foundation construction.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods, equipment, and site operations.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of piling and foundation projects.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, schedules, and costs.
• Supervise piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, CFA, shoring, and related foundation works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage piling rigs, cranes, and other construction equipment to maximize utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues.
• Monitor project budgets, productivity, and overall profitability.
• Prepare regular progress and operational reports for management.
