Job summary

Edari in Dubai is expanding its permanent recruitment team and seeks an experienced recruiter. This is not a typical 360 role; the focus is on understanding the brief, identifying and engaging strong talent, and delivering a high-quality recruitment process.

You’ll work across mid to senior-level permanent appointments, partnering with established clients and senior stakeholders across functions and sectors, with autonomy yet within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years' recruitment experience.
• Strong permanent recruitment experience, ideally mid to senior-level appointments.
• Currently based in the UAE, ideally with on-the-ground UAE recruitment experience.
• Agency recruitment experience, either currently or earlier in your career.
• Strong candidate sourcing, assessment and delivery capability.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with senior candidates and client stakeholders.
• A relationship-led approach to recruitment and a genuine focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand briefs and identify strong talent for roles across functions.
• Manage a high-quality recruitment process end-to-end.
• Build trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Partner with established clients and senior stakeholders across a range of functions and sectors.
• Focus on mid to senior-level permanent appointments.
• Work within a well-established collaborative team in Dubai.
