Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Regional HR Partner Lead Middle East to steer the regional HR Partner organization and advise business leaders on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement across the region.

You will lead, design, and implement the people agenda, translating global initiatives into regional actions while considering local market nuances and labor practices. The role combines senior partnership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

Significant HR leadership experience in an international environment.
Experience advising senior leaders in a complex international organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Drive local execution of Vanderlande’s people strategy and HR initiatives in the region.
Manage HR processes, policies, and programs, including integration efforts.
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives across markets.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regional employment practices.
Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, and HR Functions to deliver people insights.
