Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a Regional HR Partner Lead Middle East to oversee the HR Partner organization across the region and to partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

In this senior role you will translate global HR initiatives into regional execution, lead change and workforce planning, talent development, and DEI programs while ensuring compliant local practices and strong cross-cultural collaboration across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement and succession planning.
• Ensure effective execution of HR processes, policies, and programs, including integration programs such as the Vanderlande Logistics integration.
• Drive local implementation of Vanderlande’s people strategy, its global and regional HR initiatives across the region.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Ensure effective execution of talent, performance, rewards, mobility, engagement, DEI, health & wellbeing and learning & development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, regional employment practices and company policies.
• Manage complex employee relations and people-related matters.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics and provide people insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, and HR Functions.
