Vanderlande seeks an experienced Regional HR Partner Lead for the Middle East to guide the regional HR Partner organization and partner with business leaders on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. You will translate global initiatives into local execution, considering market dynamics and local labor practices.

Qualifikationen

Significant HR leadership experience in an international environment.
Trusted advisor to senior leaders in a complex organization.
Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
Experience with Middle Eastern labor legislation and employment practices.
Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams, drive change and transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.

Aufgaben

Lead the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Ensure execution of HR processes, policies and programs, including integration programs.
Drive local implementation of Vanderlande's people strategy and regional HR initiatives.
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives across the region.
Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, and HR functions to support growth.
