Vanderlande Industries B.V. in Dubai seeks a Regional HR Partner Lead Middle East to steer the people agenda across the region, partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

You will translate global HR initiatives into regional execution, lead change management, workforce planning, talent management, rewards, DEI and learning programs while navigating Middle East labor practices and local regulations.

Qualifications

Trusted advisor to senior leaders in a complex org.
Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
Experience in Middle East markets with labor laws.
Proven experience leading and developing HR teams.
Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Effective cross-cultural communication at multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and succession.
Implement local HR programs aligned with Vanderlande strategy and regional needs.
Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.
Ensure HR processes, policies, compliance, and incident handling.
Provide workforce insights through metrics and analytics.
Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, and HR functions.
Support DEI, health & wellbeing, rewards, mobility, and learning programs.
