Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East invites an experienced Consultant Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our leading Dubai-based medical facility. The role encompasses advanced GI care for infants, children and adolescents, including endoscopy, hepatology and nutrition management, with inpatient and outpatient duties.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of consultant-level experience, DHA licensing or eligibility, and fluency in Arabic and English to support multidisciplinary care and family

Qualifications

• The candidate will have pediatric gastroenterology expertise including endoscopy and colonoscopy.
• Active DHA license or eligibility for DHA specialist practice in Dubai is required.
• Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience in pediatric GI, hepatology and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric GI, hepatology, and nutrition disorders.
• Perform pediatric upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy as clinically indicated.
• Develop individualized medical and nutritional treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and family counselling.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient specialist care with thorough documentation.
• Educate patients and families in Arabic and English; ensure safety and governance.
