Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4–6 years of payroll experience in a senior or specialist role.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Workday, ADP and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for monthly/bi-weekly cycles.
• Review and reconcile timekeeping data, overtime, bonuses, and leaves.
• Calculate and process end-of-service benefits and final settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Prepare payroll tax returns and support internal audits.
• Generate payroll variance reports and headcount reconciliations.
