Job summary

Bicycle Health in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Business Development professional to drive payor strategies and contract programs. You will manage end-to-end payout contracts, build regional payor relationships, and model pricing to support sustainable revenue.

Collaborating with Revenue Cycle Management, Compliance, and Operations, you’ll translate strategic plans into executable contracts and forecasts while maintaining documentation and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in the payor sector.
• Established regional payor relationships.
• Experience working with Revenue Cycle Management teams and contract implementation.
• Ability to review contracts and negotiate win-win deals with Payors.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive payor strategies and business plans to drive departmental sales goals.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex payout contracts, letters of agreement, and contract revisions.
• Establish, scale, and nurture regional and strategic account relationships with partners.
• Utilize financial modeling to assess the sustainability of payor rate structures.
• Negotiate sustainable rate schedules implementing bundled or value-based pricing strategies.
• Partner with internal teams including Revenue Cycle Management, Compliance, and Operations to ensure contract alignment.
• Document progress in sales support applications and communicate sales forecasting.
