Bybit in Dubai is seeking a Product Manager focused on payment channel integration and infrastructure capabilities. You will own planning and iteration of integrations with banks, gateways, and settlement systems, working with engineering to build scalable, reliable services.

You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to align with regulatory requirements, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous optimization.

Formación

• 3+ years in payment, fintech, infrastructure, or platform product management.
• Familiar with payment channel integration processes, API design principles, and distributed system concepts.
• Understanding of payment lifecycle concepts: authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, routing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can identify bottlenecks and optimize.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders; drive cross-functional projects.
• Proven ownership in managing complex system integrations and infra initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own product planning and iteration of payment channel integration and infrastructure capabilities.
• Design and optimize scalable integration solutions for multiple methods, regions, and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to build stable, reusable infrastructure services.
• Coordinate with banks, payment providers, and vendors for integration requirements, testing, launch, and optimization.
• Monitor metrics like transaction success, latency, availability, and reconciliation accuracy.
• Analyze failures and operational issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Define processes and contingencies for channel incidents, failover, and degradation.
• Work with compliance, operations, risk, and support to align solutions with requirements.
