Job summary

eSol Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Payments & Integrations to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on payment systems, banking integrations, and fintech solutions within UAE environments.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting BRDs/FRDs, and supporting integration design, SIT/UAT, and production deployment. Candidates with UAE banking experience and SWIFT FileAct integration know-how are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with H2H integration.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (SWIFT, FTS, AANI).
• Experience with TAS and RERA integrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment integration projects.
• Review existing payment processes and define system integration requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technology teams during integration design and implementation.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
