Job summary

King’s College Hospital Dubai is seeking a highly organized Revenue Cycle Management Senior Coordinator to optimize payer relations, manage network participation, tariffs and contracts. You will support onboarding/credentialing, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant payer processes.

Minimum 3 years in healthcare revenue cycle or related field, with strong communication and Excel proficiency. Arabic language skills are preferred to support our market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related function.
• Good understanding of UAE health insurance regulations, payer operations and provider contracting processes.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Payer network management and credentialing support for onboarding and renewals.
• Maintain contracts, tariffs, and historical pricing records with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Legal, Clinical and Operations teams for timely resolutions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on contracting progress, network coverage and KPIs.
