Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Diploma with 3 years of additional experience.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to patients and visitors.
• Ensures greeting patients, relatives, staff and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assists in crisis situations, manages flow of visitors and provides guidance and information to patients and family.
• Maintains records of patient requests and concerns using the patient experience database system for quality improvement opportunities.
