Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and presentation of all pastries, cakes, breads, etc.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the Executive Chef.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
