BDO UAE is seeking a senior advisory leader to manage a portfolio of client engagements and drive strategic advisory initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives, ensure top-quality delivery, and lead engagement planning, governance, and risk oversight.

You will cultivate client relationships, mentor teams, and identify opportunities for expanding services and revenue. The role emphasizes innovation, continuous improvement, and market-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline.
Professional qualification ACCA/ACA/CPA/CMA or equivalent.
8+ years of outsourcing, consulting, or advisory experience.
Experience managing client portfolios.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience leading complex client engagements and teams.
Develops high-performing and inclusive teams.
Demonstrates commercial and strategic thinking.
Drives innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Makes balanced decisions considering risk and business impact.
Builds trusted client and stakeholder relationships.

Review accounting and payroll engagements
Owns business development outcomes by generating leads, expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving growth targets
Contributes to business development and market-facing initiatives.
