Job summary

Accentureon is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join our UAE-based tax advisory team. You will deliver strategic tax planning, compliance services, and advisory support to diverse clients across industries in the UAE.

You will lead advisory projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while staying current on UAE corporate tax and VAT rules. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in tax consulting or advisory roles.
• Deep knowledge of UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA) preferred.
• Experience with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services, including corporate tax, VAT, and international tax planning.
• Lead tax compliance projects and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
• Conduct tax health checks and risk assessments for clients.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop tax-efficient structures for new business setups and expansions.
• Stay updated on UAE tax regulations and communicate changes to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Prepare technical tax memorandums and advisory reports.
