Job summary

BDO UAE is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to join our Dubai office. You will perform risk-based audits, develop and implement internal controls, coordinate fieldwork with clients, and ensure thorough documentation in line with BDO guidelines.

The role demands strong planning, communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and professional certifications such as

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant internal audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional certification such as CIA/CA/ACCA/CPA/CRMA.

Responsibilities

• Complete fieldwork by coordinating dates with clients and preparing checklists.
• Plan engagements by identifying high-risk areas and mapping processes.
• Prepare and review Internal Audit Plans and discuss strategy with the Manager.
• Ensure project documentation and electronic filing per BDO guidelines.
• Deliver assignments with minimal supervision within stated timelines.
