Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant for a client in Abu Dhabi. You will lead end-to-end payroll implementations, optimize payroll processes, and ensure accurate configuration and deployment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and at least 7 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Payroll experience, strong client-facing skills, and Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Payroll modules and functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Oracle certifications related to HCM Cloud are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze and enhance their payroll processes, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM Payroll best practices.
• Configure Oracle HCM Payroll modules to meet client-specific payroll requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee data migration and integration tasks to ensure seamless transition to the Oracle HCM Payroll system.
• Provide training to end-users and support staff on Oracle HCM Payroll functionality, troubleshooting issues, and guiding on best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, configurations, and customizations.
