Job summary
Bradsol seeks a senior ERP Programme Manager to lead Oracle Fusion delivery across large-scale implementations in the UAE. The role requires steering multiple modules and interdependent workstreams, coordinating business, IT, functional and technical teams to ensure on-time deployment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years' experience leading large ERP implementations.
- Proven Oracle Fusion delivery across multiple modules.
- Experience with testing, UAT, readiness, cutover and go-live.
- Experience managing large system implementation partners.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, functional and technical teams.
- Experience with UAE or Middle East ERP deployments is advantageous.
- Delivery experience to challenge teams and manage risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion delivery across multiple modules and workstreams.
- Oversee testing, UAT, business readiness, cutover and go-live.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks and dependencies and drive mitigation.
