The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programmes covering Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and EPM/PPM. Strong expertise across implementation, testing, cutover, hypercare, PMO, RAID management, and executive governance will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, multi-module Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programmes.
• Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation activities.
• Lead programme governance, PMO, RAID management, Steering Committee activities, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate implementation across Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll, and EPM/PPM modules.
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Manage programme timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Lead vendors and implementation partners throughout programme delivery.
• Manage commercial, contractual, and delivery aspects of ERP programmes.
• Coordinate business, technical, functional, and implementation teams.
• Provide executive-level programme reporting and strategic updates.
• Ensure programme objectives, governance standards, and transformation outcomes are achieved.
• Support organizational readiness and transition into the new ERP environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of professional experience in ERP/programme management.
• Experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Program Director or Program Manager.
• Proven experience delivering 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Strong experience across:
