Job summary

Bradsol seeks a senior ERP Programme Manager to lead Oracle Fusion delivery across large-scale implementations in the UAE. The role requires steering multiple modules and interdependent workstreams, coordinating business, IT, functional and technical teams to ensure on-time deployment.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in ERP transformations, hands-on Oracle Fusion experience (Procurement, Projects, HCM, SCM) and a track record of delivering through testing, UAT, cutover and go-live in the

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience leading large ERP implementations.
• Proven Oracle Fusion delivery across multiple modules.
• Experience with testing, UAT, readiness, cutover and go-live.
• Experience managing large system implementation partners.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, functional and technical teams.
• Experience with UAE or Middle East ERP deployments is advantageous.
• Delivery experience to challenge teams and manage risks.

• Demonstrable experience taking Oracle Fusion or comparable enterprise ERP programmes through:

• o Testing
• o UAT
• o Business readiness
• o Cutover
• o Go-live

• Experience managing large system implementation/integration partners.
• Strong experience working across business, IT, functional and technical teams.
• Experience managing complex programmes involving multiple modules and interdependent workstreams.
• Demonstrable experience recovering delayed or challenged programmes is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering major ERP programmes in the UAE or Middle East is advantageous.
