Job summary

Talent Arabia is seeking an Oracle Fusion Implementation Project Manager for a Dubai-based client. You will lead planning and execution of Oracle Fusion ERP projects, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, strong communication skills, and a proven track record managing large ERP initiatives. PMP/PRINCE II is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful ERP implementation project.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP system.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escape to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
