AECOM in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager - Operations to oversee complex operational initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will drive budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 15+ years in project management with a strong operations background, proficiency with PM software, and a track record of continuous improvement.

Formación

• 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in an operations-focused environment.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks
• Strong knowledge of operations management principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and monitor operational projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource strategies
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks with contingency measures
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reporting to senior management
• Optimize operational processes by analyzing workflows and eliminating bottlenecks
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and status updates to leadership
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and UAE regulatory requirements
• Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track KPIs and inform decisions
