Role Context

The Cloud Operations Engineer will support the stable, secure, and efficient operation of cloud environments by managing production workloads, monitoring service health, responding to incidents, and improving day-to-day operational practices. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production workloads to ensure availability, performance, reliability, and service continuity.

• Ensure backup, recovery, and operational control processes align with business requirements and service expectations.
• Perform capacity planning, resource utilization review, performance management, and cloud cost optimization.

• Support application teams operating distributed cloud workloads across production and non-production environments.
• Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, runbooks, incident notes, and reporting dashboards.
• Review recurring alerts, incidents, and service issues to identify root causes and recommend sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with platform, security, application, and business teams to improve cloud operations maturity.
• Support change management activities related to cloud infrastructure, application releases, and operational controls.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in cloud operations, cloud production support, infrastructure support, or similar technical operations roles.
