Job summary

IDCMPS is looking for a highly skilled Production / Completion / Well Operations Engineer in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning and supervising various well operations, including ESP design and installation, alongside leading optimization initiatives.

The successful applicant will require a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, hands-on experience in ESP systems, and strong leadership skills.

This position ensures compliance with HSE standards while driving efficiency and cost control across operations, providing a unique opportunity to enhance field production.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with excellent command of English.
• Hands-on experience in ESP design and operations required.
• Experience in slickline operations and project management important.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise rig-based well operations, including ESP design and installation.
• Lead completion optimization initiatives for improved ESP performance.
• Interpret acquired data to support well intervention decisions.
