National Bank of Fujairah is seeking a results-driven Head of Operational Audit to lead and develop the function in line with IIA standards and UAE Central Bank guidelines. The role focuses on risk-based audits across enterprise operations, information security, and internal controls.

You will mentor staff, deliver timely reporting, and drive governance improvements with senior management. You will engage with 1LOD/2LOD stakeholders, oversee audits from planning to closure, and ensure the audit

Formación

• Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
• CA/CPA/CIA or similar auditing qualification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop an effective Operational Audit function.
• Prepare and implement risk based audit plans.
• Oversee audit plan execution and resource allocation.
• Coach and develop direct reports with regular feedback.
• Report on control gaps and remediation status.
• Collaborate with Risk Management and senior management on risk governance.
