Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks an Operational/Financial Audit Manager to lead audit planning, execution, and reporting across the group. You will steer a team of auditors, apply IIA standards, and drive risk-based assurance across financial, operational, and IT processes.

You will leverage data analytics and AI to extend audit coverage, collaborate with management, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit outputs while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• CA or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years in operational and financial audits.
• 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Internal audit exposure in the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor audit activities across geographies to minimize risks.
• Supervise audit engagements ensuring scope and objectives are met.
• Lead data analytics and AI-enabled audit coverage.
• Prepare concise audit reports and present findings to management.
• Support QAIP and conformance with IIA standards.
