Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai, UAE seeks an Operational and Financial Audit Manager to lead risk-based internal audit activities spanning financial, operational, managerial, and technology-enabled processes. The role requires directing planning, execution, and team leadership while upholding IIA standards and driving improvements through analytics and AI.

The position focuses on strengthening controls, governance, and conformance with policies; on-site work in Dubai is required for this critical function

Qualifications

Professional CA or equivalent with 10+ years of operational and financial audit experience.
At least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Automotive sector exposure preferred.
Strong knowledge of IIA/ IPPF standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and monitor risk-based internal audit activities.
Supervise audit engagements to ensure scope, quality, and timely delivery.
Evaluate controls, governance, and process improvements; identify root causes.
Prepare concise audit reports and present findings to management.
Lead data analytics and implement AI tools to broaden audit coverage.
Monitor corrective actions and ensure adherence to professional standards.
