Job summary

Al-Futtaim seeks an Operational/Financial Audit Manager in Dubai to lead planning, execution, and oversight of audit activities. You will guide a team of auditors, ensure objective assurance, and drive improvements to internal controls and governance.

The role requires extensive experience in operational and financial audits, strong leadership, and proficiency with data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI, plus SAP S4 Hana familiarity.

Qualifications

• Professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in operational and financial audits, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Internal audit exposure in the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with computerized financial/operational systems (SAP S4 Hana – VSS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor audit activities to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
• Supervise audit engagements to confirm scope, objectives, and quality.
• Provide reasonable assurance that the organization adheres to policies and procedures.
• Support implementation and conformance with IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Design analytics tests and leverage data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
