Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in a logistics/coordinator role.
• Experience handling vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery, and transportation logistics in UAE/GCC preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and documentation processes.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, delivery, collection, and movement of vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Plan and monitor daily logistics activities and transportation schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers, operators, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Arrange mobilization and demobilization of equipment and vehicles.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, transport documents, equipment records, and logistics reports.
• Track vehicle and equipment movements to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with transport companies and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure required permits, documents, and approvals are available before transportation.
• Handle logistics-related issues and coordinate prompt solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet and equipment movements.
