Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate mobilization and demobilization of project materials, plant, and equipment in line with approved logistics plans, schedules and budgets.
• Develop and regularly update look-ahead shipping, customs-clearance, and delivery plans for each shipment.
• Coordinate shipment priorities with site teams and freight forwarders to meet ROS dates.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update the management system and status reports.
