Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks a Senior Process Engineer to join our EPC engineering team, supporting major onshore oil & gas developments. You will lead process design, calculations, and deliverables across FEED and Detailed Engineering, ensuring compliance with project specs and international standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering, familiarity with Aspen HYSYS and related tools, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while coordinating across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering from a recognized university.
• Master's degree is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute process engineering activities from FEED through Detailed Engineering.
• Prepare, review and approve process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balances, datasheets).
• Perform process simulations and modelling with Aspen HYSYS.
• Conduct hydraulic calculations for pipelines, relief and flare systems.
• Size and specify process equipment (separators, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors).
• Participate in HAZID/HAZOP/SIL and design reviews; support multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Review vendor documents and assist procurement; support construction and commissioning.
