Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor - Pipeline for ADNOC Onshore in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise EPC contractor pipeline construction, testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence at onshore sites.

Role requires 10–15 years in pipeline construction, PMC/client representation, and deep ADNOC/ASME/NDT/Welding knowledge. This position offers UAE-based on-site work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10-15 years of pipeline construction experience in oil and gas projects.
• Minimum 5 years in PMC or client representative role.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC onshore specifications and standards.
• Experience with pipeline welding, NDT, hydrotesting and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipeline construction activities including ROW preparation and trenching.
• Monitor contractor compliance with IFC drawings and method statements.
• Ensure activities align with ADNOC specifications and international codes.
• Verify materials, equipment, manpower, and permits visibility before start.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor productivity; enforce HSE.
