Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Piping Construction Engineer to act as the Owner’s representative within the PMC team for ADNOC projects. You will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with EPC contractors and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 15+ years oil & gas experience, and strong PMC and EPC/EPCM project exposure in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of oil & gas project experience.
• At least 3+ years in a similar position and 5+ years in a PMC role on Middle East projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise EPC/EPCM contractor piping construction activities to ensure safety, schedule, and quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ADNOC standards, project specs, and international codes; review inspections and test plans.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, commissioning and operations; support handover and punch list clearance.
• Identify delays or conflicts, propose mitigation, and report progress to PMC management and ADNOC stakeholders.
