Job summary

SocialPilot is seeking an experienced Lead SEO Manager to build and execute a revenue-driven SEO strategy for a leading B2B SaaS platform. You will own full SEO lifecycle from keyword research to technical audits, collaborating with content and engineering teams to maximize organic growth across global markets.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, KPI-driven reporting, and staying ahead of industry trends to sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SEO experience, specifically in SaaS
• Experience planning, implementing and reporting a revenue-led SEO strategy
• Experience working with a content team in an SEO capacity at high-growth companies
• Proficient with GA, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, and HubSpot
• GTM and Data Studio experience an added advantage
• Strong marketing fundamentals and ability to run funnel experiments
• Strong cross-functional project management and leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire SEO initiatives and strategies to maximize organic traffic and SERP rankings
• Develop and execute SocialPilot's SEO strategy and roadmaps for sustainable growth
• Own keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical audits, backlinks
• Create reports with marketing operations to measure impact against OKRs
• Communicate progress to leadership to optimize strategy for KPIs
• Collaborate with content to define content strategy/calendar based on SEO opportunities
• Work with web development to implement tech SEO best practices and optimal site structure
• Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes
• Build a strong team of SEO professionals to scale organic efforts
