Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• MRICS is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant UAE construction/consultancy experience.
• Strong commercial management within architecture/engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and contract administration of the construction contract on behalf of the Engineer's site supervision team.
• Monitor contract value, costs, variations, and forecast final account; report to Client.
• Establish and maintain project commercial controls, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly commercial forecasts and identify emerging financial risks and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with clients, contractors, and consultants; manage commercial meetings.
