Job summary

T H K Building Contracting L.L.C in Dubai is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to draft, review, negotiate and administer construction agreements, including Main Contractor and Subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

The role requires monitoring performance, managing change, evaluating commercial risk, supporting tender evaluations, and coordinating with legal advisers on disputes and notices within FIDIC-based frameworks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in administration and management of FIDIC contracts including tendering and variations.
• Experience with EOT, claims and dispute avoidance.
• Strong understanding of commercial management principles.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (developers, main contractors, consultants, government bodies).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and administer construction-related contracts.
• Review commercial terms during procurement and tender stages.
• Maintain contract templates and standard clauses.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance.
• Support tender evaluations and contract award.
• Assess contractual risks and prepare mitigation measures.
