Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Site Manager/Topside Manager for a long-term assignment in Dubai’s fabrication yard. This senior leadership role involves supervising contractors and ensuring safe, high-quality execution of offshore substation topside construction. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, an engineering degree, and strong skills in quality and HSE management. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and additional certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Site Manager, Owner’s Engineer or Construction Manager.
• Solid background in quality, HSE, and punch list management.
• Excellent coordination and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s Representative at the fabrication yard.
• Supervise fabrication and assembly activities for compliance.
• Prepare and deliver progress, quality, and HSE reports.
