Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior leader to oversee yard construction fabrication and integration of offshore jackets, topside modules and structural steel. You will plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and construction sequences, and manage heavy lifting, crane operations and load-out, ensuring safe, timely delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in Oil & Gas offshore EPC, with strong leadership and coordination across disciplines, and a track record of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years Oil & Gas, Offshore EPC, fabrication or construction experience.
8-10 years in fabrication yards managing offshore jackets, modules or large structural projects.
Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience with major Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors and PMC organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead yard construction fabrication and integration of offshore jackets topside modules and structural steel.
Plan and coordinate manpower equipment materials and construction sequences.
Monitor progress productivity and milestones identify constraints and implement recovery plans.
Lead subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe timely and quality execution.
Prepare and review daily weekly and monthly construction progress reports.
