Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Construction/Installation Engineer (Topsides & Bridges) for an offshore Abu Dhabi project under the ADNOC PMC program. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution of offshore construction, load-out, transportation, and hook-up activities while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specs.

Role requires extensive offshore EPC/EPCI experience, with a track record in heavy lift, marine transportation, and interface management across onshore/offshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, structural, civil or marine engineering. Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, BOSIET/HUET, Lifting and Rigging, NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification are preferred.
• 15–18 years of offshore construction/installation experience in EPC/EPCI oil & gas projects; 5+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in installation of offshore topsides, interconnecting bridges, utility modules, living quarters, and brownfield modifications; Middle East project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and offshore installation engineering for topsides, bridges, modules, and offshore structures.
• Review erection methodologies, lifting plans, rigging studies, and transportation analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, marine, and commissioning teams to support objectives.
• Manage load-out, transportation readiness, and marine assurance activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Structural/Civil Engineering or Marine Engineering
