Job summary

KBR is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Project Quality Management System for an ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. You will drive QA/QC across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore installation, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and ISO 9001.

You will manage audits, non-conformances, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver a safe, high-quality offshore facility. The role requires extensive experience in oil & gas offshore EPC projects, strong leadership,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Metallurgy) or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC, or Energy sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) aligned with ADNOC standards.
Lead QA/QC activities across the project lifecycle including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation and commissioning.
Oversee inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality procedures and NCR management.
Coordinate supplier quality surveillance, audits and third-party inspections.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ADNOC quality requirements and readiness for regulatory inspections.
