Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a PMC Project Manager to lead a high-profile ADNOC Offshore offshore development project from its Mussafah, Abu Dhabi office.

The role oversees the multidisciplinary PMC team, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Offshore requirements, budget, and schedule while coordinating with EPC/EPCI contractors and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with PMP or equivalent certification preferred, and substantial offshore PMC or client-side

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualification in Engineering/Project Management would be an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the PMC project management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as the primary PMC interface with ADNOC Offshore, EPC/EPCI contractors, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery of project objectives in accordance with ADNOC requirements and the approved project execution strategy.
• Establish project priorities, governance, responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Lead project progress reviews and management meetings with ADNOC Offshore and contractors.
• Ensure effective coordination and integration between all engineering disciplines and project functions.
