Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for an offshore subsea project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead HSE teams, develop and enforce management plans, and ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore and UAE regulations across all project phases.

Required are a strong background in HSE leadership, risk assessment, incident investigation, and extensive offshore project experience. This role demands proactive safety culture development, audits, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH/Lead Auditor are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project HSE teams and ensure adequate HSE resources throughout project execution.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Project HSE Management Plans.
• Lead investigations of near misses, incidents and environmental incidents.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE Requirements and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC contractors and regulators.
• Promote safety culture and behavioral safety programs.
• Manage audits, inspections, and compliance verification processes.
